Pilates and more. For your health, strength, and self-confidence.
Start your new routine with on-demand mat classes designed to help you get stronger and feel good in your body — at your own pace, from anywhere in the world
Mat classes on-demand
On-demand classes are pre-recorded mat sessions you can take anytime — at home, in a hotel room, at the gym, in the park… wherever you feel like moving and have internet connection :)
They’re also helpful if you want to stay consistent with your routine while traveling.
Classes on this platform are created by Daria Horb, a certified BASI Pilates teacher. You can filter the videos by level, length, muscle focus, and more to find exactly what suits you today. Each class is planned to feel balanced and appropriately challenging, leaving you feeling stronger, better, and more grounded after every session!
How does it work?
What You’ll Get
Mat pilates classes of various difficulty levels: from a total beginner to an advanced practitioner
Neuro-training exercises — to improve cognitive function, reduce chronic pain, increase stress resilience, and more
Workouts with additional props and weights — for an extra challenge and better muscle activation
Classes focusing on stretching, breathing, and relaxation
The teacher’s cues and tips in every class
New classes are added regularly to keep things fresh — but remember, repetition is the key to your progress!
What You’ll Need
Mat
Most of the classes use only a mat. Pilates mat about 1 cm thick would be a great choice.
Extra props
It’s great to have some additional props to add variety to your workouts.
Dumbbells, foam roller, ankle weights, pressure point ball, pilates ball, resistance band — these are the things we will use in some classes.
If you don’t have any of these, improvise using household items:
dumbbells → small and big water bottles
pilates ball → slightly deflated children’s ball 20-30 cm in diameter
pressure point ball → tennis ball (not perfect, but it’s a good temporary solution)
If you’re considering getting your first workout props, I highly recommend starting with just a smooth foam roller and pressure point ball. They’ll come in handy for MRF (myofascial release / self-massage) and some exercise variations.
Meet the teacher
My name is Daria. I am a comprehensively certified BASI Pilates teacher from Ukraine. Currently, I live and work in Munich, Germany.
I discovered Pilates back in 2019 and have been passionate about it ever since. It helped me release my sciatic nerve pain, improve my posture, strength, and balance. After five years of being a client myself, I decided to get certified to teach it and help others feel better. Since then, I’ve been learning more about this method, as well as neuro-training.
The idea of making this platform appeared when I moved from Estonia to Germany in 2025. My clients didn’t want to stop training with me, so they asked me to create video classes for them. What started as a way to stay connected gradually turned into this video library!
Thanks to my experience teaching in-studio, my video classes are just like the studio ones — with helpful cueing, variations of exercises, programming that helps you progress, and of course, some jokes :)
I value an empathetic and science-based approach to training with clear goals in mind. And I truly believe that exercise should be seen as an act of self-care and an investment in a better quality of life.
If this resonates, then my classes are made for you!
